I came here November 8th of 2021 and took out a payday loan as I usually do, I went on a 7 day trip and 12 days after that I was under the impression that my payday loan was payed off. I received NO CALLS, NO EMAILS, AND NO TEXTS alerting me that my loan hadn't been paid until I CALLED THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT ANOTHER PAYDAY LOAN IN JANUARY. months had passed and they made no attempt to contact me. I got a single phone call in January 31st in which i told them i was currently in the hospital with Covid-19, and that I wasn't sure when i would be able to come into the office to make a payment. Rudely, the girl on the phone said 'okay' and hung up. The blank check or whatever that they keep in case you don't come into the office or make your payment cleared my bank February 4th 2022. It's been nearly three months. The negligence of the office staff has cost me overdraft fees as well as causing even more stress to my already difficult situation. I'm a single mom with no help and now not only is the past bit of money I had to my name gone but I can't even do anything with my bank account because of the overdraft fees. I'm disgusted with this place. I will never EVER do business here again. read more
