US post office at Wrangell, AK I called find out the status on a certain Item. I did call and spoke with customer service and she said package was return back to sender and that was on the March 5th, 2025. Now I see the status on the package and it states return back on March 6th, 2025. My complain is that If she just had to transfer me the post office where package was, on March 5th I could've already know my package was to becoming to my address. instead, they it return it back to sender. I don't know why they can't do their job right!! I have been waiting for this package over a year. I'm not too happy how the US post office works sometimes. Once in awhile they do a good job and sometimes they do a bad job. I guess it's everywhere, I rather pay Fed-Ex or UPS I know they do a good job! read more
