The 2 in front of me were not completed their paperwork & packages were set aside incomplete. The same happened with my transaction. When I asked him to complete my transaction, he rudely said it would be finished in due time and I was done then moved on to the next customer. My package delivered to the wrong address; I reported this to Prism (over several weeks) asked that a claim be filed. I was told I had up to 60 days to file a claim and that it took time to do it. Basically, I was told if I didn't like that to file a claim myself. As this was an international shipment I called FedEx and they had the claim filed in 3 minutes. However, it took time to get to the correct department at FedEx wasting my time when Prism has all this info at their fingertips. Prism could have saved the time & frustration by applying a little customer service. They would have had a repeat customer instead of one that will never return.

It's always clean and in good repair, though it's also as Spartan as you might expect of a government office. I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff here, and they've been quite good at making sure we receive everything we're supposed to, even though I technically don't have a mailbox. The mail carriers are friendly and receptive as well, and eager to help you solve any problems you may have with your deliveries. The only problem I can point out is that on occasion it will be clear that the mail carrier never approached the house with items that are supposed to be signed for, instead opting to leave a "we missed you" notice in the mailbox. My mother is a disabled veteran, so it's not always convenient for her to go to the office to pick them up.
