This business was an UPS Access Point UPS site so we had a package designated for delivery there…read more We had been receiving tracking e-mails and this morning received one that stated that our package was out for delivery to this business. We headed out to get it and received an e-mail stating the package was being returned to sender. We called this business and the male employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated he sent it back as he had not ordered anything. He would not let us speak. He stated he received just a small pittance for providing this service. We called UPS and they stated that this business, as a UPS access Point should not have sent it back. A complaint has been filed with UPS as they can't re-direct package nor can the vendor. So the merchandise will be sent back to the sender.

Garfield County is the only county in Washington with one city. The county is actually quite large…read moreas well so in a way it's kind of surprising that there is only one post office in Garfield County, that which is in Pomeroy. Pomeroy is actually quite populated with various farm people and such. It is a great place to stop and get a bite to eat or get gas or take in the scenery or.....mail a post card. Although, I know many people don't really mail anything anymore in the age of technology and emails and texting but really...who doesn't like to get mail. I don't mean junk mail but when you get a package in the mail it's always like Christmas (or whatever holiday you celebrate) or if someone sends you a card out of the blue.....what a surprise. Anyway, stop by the only post office in the only city in Garfield County and send some love to those you love.

This place is legit!…read more I get my mail here! So easy! Have a key fob and even can use blue tooth app to get in after hours. Love that it's inside super 1. Now I don't have to go to the post office. I hate that place. Getting in and out of the parking lot at the post office is an ordeal! I'm in and out here ! It's a real street address so it's better than a PO Box! I get colored pictures of my mail so I don't have to waste my time going in to check. I even get a discount on my fed ex shipping! Best part , the guys at the counter give Me and my kids get free icecream vouchers every time we go in! The people that work here at super cool and on top of it! HIGHLY Recommend!!!

I lived in CDA for about a year and in my time here, I was lucky to find the Mailbox Club before I left. It's conveniently located inside Super 1 and the process is quick and easy. The post office is always dreadful to think about going to, but having this alternative is a breath of fresh air. Josh, Levi, Kyle, and Alex are the gentlemen that have helped me and my husband various different times, and each time, I walk away with a 10/10 experience. I wish this was more prevalent where I'm at now because it's such a shame to not be able to get service as great as theirs anywhere else I've been to. Thank you Mailbox Club!
