They make sure my mail gets to my box. Also, I like most of them. They're very efficient when you're picking up mail, and friendlier than exactly 50% of the employees of the Cooper Landing post office. They are approximately AS friendly as the other 50% of Cooper Landing USPS employees. read more

I have waited for packages that were lost inside this post office for over a month, also lost two of my packages that have tracking numbers. So many times they have put other peoples mail inside my P.O. Box and I am sure someone else has my packages. Wow thanks for giving my packages to someone else!!!!!! I guess their are a lot of dishonest people in this world. Small post office can't even make sure of P.O. Box number, sad isn't it ?????? read more

Most of the employees are super nice. There is one though that probably needs to find another job. I tracked a package that said it was delivered on Monday so I went to pick it up on Wednesday and there was not a slip in my box. I go to the counter and was informed that my tracking info meant nothing and that I needed to track it on USPS website so I drove 12 miles home and tracked it just to find out that is was delivered on Monday as I already knew. I go back to the post office on Thursday and show them the USPS tracking info and she tells me that she just put a slip in my box and that I will have to get back in line for a second time and turn in the slip in order to pick up my package. My daughter could have had her birthday gift on time if they would have been doing thier job. In other words, if your tracking says it's there on a Monday don't expect to actually be able to pick it up for at least four days. Terrible experience! read more
