I can only assume our mail is being delivered to someone who lives in the building, which as a law firm is VERY concerning. They have not delivered, for example, mail from Attorney Regulation (our yearly bar cards) for either of the attorneys in our office, which we need to visit incarcerated clients. We have complained, and they will not fix it. I have tried to call and they do not answer the phone and do not have an answering machine or voicemail. I knew it would be closed on Labor Day when I most recently swung by, but I figured they would have a slot inside for me to drop off my Buddy Holly postcard for my man - not so. Nonetheless, they had it to his mailbox within a couple of days. Which if you know the Southern Colorado mail system, that's pretty good. I overheard a new employee being trained while I was inside checking the lobby out. The trainer sounded very pleasant and patient. Saturday hours are from 10AM-noon. The parking lot is super tiny. Be careful of jaywalkers in this area. They are zombies in training.

I'm an online seller who has been dealing with package inquiries and missing mail requests all week (this is in the thick of the pandemic/holiday season). One of my packages was destined for Aguilar and I have rarely dealt with a more helpful crew of people! I talked with multiple people from this P.O. who were so friendly on the phone and promised to email my local hub to try to the shake this missing package loose. My local hub has been absolutely overwhelmed lately to the point of telling customers this is just the way it is, and there's nothing we can do. I don't hold it against them in these times of unprecedented online shopping and worker shortages. Well by hook, crook, or pure chance, the package showed up in Aguilar yesterday. Even if it was pure chance, talking to a friendly person on the phone who took active steps to help me was very reassuring in the midst of $100s of dollars of missing inventory.
