I shipped a package to my brother priority mail, we are at over a week now since I shipped it to him. It has been sitting at the Roseau post office since 7:30 AM on Saturday. He has stopped by twice to try to pick it up and they will not give it to him and continue to say they haven't sorted the packages.... This town is tiny and I cannot imagine there is a mountain of packages to sort. Or how about when he comes by to get it, you go and find it. LAZY LAZY bunch of useless people working there. No customer service AT ALL. The best part is I cannot get a refund for the outrageous cost to ship priority mail which should have been there days ago. They should be ashamed at how useless and lazy they are. read more
