Last time, the work was also amazing, completed by Darren the owner and this time it was a technician by the name of Victor. Victor was as professional and thorough as they come. I met him when he came to take a look and give an estimate. He showed me all the evidence that provided him with the information he needed to do the job. He told me exactly what was happening, what he was going to do to rid, treat, prevent them from coming back, and cleaning + disinfecting process. Not only did he give me very informational daily updates including pictures which I asked for, but he explained everything very thoroughly. Victor is a hard working young man and very respectful, I thought he had a military background based on the language he used, his tone, and his professionalism. Freddy, the manager whom I worked with scheduling and pricing was very easy to work with and great with his communications. They are very quick to respond and answer all your questions with as much or as little detail as you prefer. Based on my last two experiences with US Pests, I believe I have found a local pest control company for as long as I own this property. I highly recommend them and have nothing but good things to say about this company and the people that work there.
