After weeks he said claim was denied , I sent him pic of envelop to contest the claim. I have had no email or phone response since, he won't call me and he answers the phone and says this is not Sean but I know it is. This guy is bad news, I bet he never put a claim in since he won't respond, next step nys claims court .

Because of their helpfulness, I bypass three other, closer offices even though Owego is almost an hour away. These folks definitely do NOT fit the stereotype of typically inefficient, inflexible DMV offices.

They are open 9 Am till 5pm with lunch break closing 12pm to 12:30 pm. Parking is sufficient for few cars but some street parking is available . It's very clean with needed envelopes , boxes etc. Now getting ready for Christmas with needed accessories to mail your gifts. Has copier and enough desk space to write address or whatever!!

I…read morefigure i am going to be near Binghamton, so why not make an appointment to the local DMV near Binghamton University? I called a month ahead and secured a date 8/25 @ 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:20pm, got on line and within 10 minutes i was in the building and my daughter was taking her the test for the license permit, so happy, truly effortless and it all took 30 minutes to get done. Keep in mind, if you take a test, only the person taking the test will go in, for minors have one parent with available to sign paperwork and meet requirements.
