I was given a receipt, he asked about my day and then said good bye while also telling me he hoped I would have a great rest of my Saturday. The employee really took his time with me, was patient and very kind when he didn't need to go above like that, I am sure he wanted to get off of work as well. Even so he was very very kind!

I call to try to fix the problem and they can't even contact their own pathetic driver. Now I have to drive over an hour round trip to pick it up and they only stay open for two hour periods? Horrible experience!! Ups is way better! Don't use horrible fed ex. They are lousy! *Update* The shipping station that was over an hour away called and talked to me. Apparently the two hour windows that the guy on the phone at the cape store gave me were complete nonsense! They had no idea why he claimed such a thing. The place I had to go was actually open from 9AM till 8PM. The lady at the Seikston location was very polite and helpful and gave me accurate directions on how to get there. I went, they were nice and my package appears to be in good shape. The driver is certainly the issue, as well as the lack of knowledge of the employee I spoke to from Cape. Originally I only gave one star, however I moved it up to two since the hours actually were good, and the lady was polite. I would not recommend FedEx if you want a signature confirmation as the delivery drivers make no to little attempt to actually let their presence be known. If the package is something that can just be left at the door without a signature then they are fine. The employees at the office really need to be taught information about the shipping center so they stop giving out horribly incorrect information such as the weird two hour windows mentioned earlier. Though our Dad lived a full life of 92-years, we were not ready to let him go. The suddenness of his passing was also a big shock. When my brother and I went to finalize arrangements for his cremation, we were met by loving staff who actually knew our family and my Dad's many years of community service as a valued local physician. Throughout the process, the staff guided us gently and with great respect through dealing with placing local obituaries, helping quickly create a beautiful online tribute page, choosing final arrangements and facilitating needed paperwork with the local coroner to obtain an expedited death certificate. Always claiming they had not received payment when I paid for six months at a time and well in advance with payment information proof. They were always calling me with misinformation. I have never had any difficulty with Newells. They answer any questions within the same business day. Super friendly and their dumpster rental for bigger hauls is wonderful and reasonable as well.
