I have not gotten mail in the 17 days I have lived here. After explaining it, this rep said all she could do is pass on a message. Really? She "doesn't know Postal rules except she knows it is illegal to throw away mail. I have checked. It is not being sent back. Got keys to mailbox 5 days ago, got into home 17 days ago, have reports that mail HAS BEEN DELIVERED HERE. What score would you give? They don't offer 0 or less.

Yesterday I went j to the post office to get a box and tried to figure out the cheapest way to send a package and the woman behind the counter was helpful with helping me figure it all out. And today, I was notified that my package was delivered. After searching my porch and my post office for the package, I called the Post Office, and they figured out by GPS it was delivered to the wrong house. So he went to where the package was delivered and he then personally delivered to me.

I called the office inquiring if I had there or possibly on that delivery, the man who answered name was Robert and I stated that the driver was pretty rude and ignored me. Robert was not nice. He basically ignored me too. Put me on hold when I got back on the phone with him he was cold and just dismissed what I said about the driver and was literally no help! Just ignorant! I understand that my mailbox was a little blocked, even say all the way blocked. I was out there trying to make contact the least he could say would be hi and that's just being a decent human being.
