Mail sits in mailbox and isnt taken for days!!!!! Totally unacceptable! Actually watched mail person look at my mailbox, and see the letter clipped to it, to be taken, and just keep on walking. 2 days!! The mail is time sensitive and i guess ill just do their job and drive to the post office to drop it in a larger mailbox, myself. Thanks for nothing, Gardner, Mass., post office. Gardner MA postal service is absolute crap. They continue to return my mail to sender without me asking them to. Then I have to call them up and get an explanation, which is "we dont know why we did that" Absolutely pathetic company and service. read more

Frustrating post office to deal with!! My post carrier has left my package by the side of the road twice! Refusing to deliver my mail because of the snow but had no trouble delivering on Tues. Makes so many stupid excuses not to deliver my mail I'm tired of having to drive to the post office to just get my mail!! Went to deliver a package and their credit card machines weren't working and the employee blamed my card for not working when it clearly worked when I went food shopping after!!! Worst post office ever!!! I was spoiled back when I lived in Cape Cod they were super nice and respectful!! read more

Repeatedly have packages "delivered" but theyre not there. The tennants in the building are great, ring door buzzers or even bring packages to the doors of the apartments they are for. Only USPS packages missing. Even when we go down to get the mail right after the carrier has been to deliver them. read more

Extremely rude, poor service, lazy, and painfully bureaucratic. (Called earlier to find out about the passport, The message system said (in the PASSPORTS section, that they would be open until 12pm.) Waited in line a half-an-hour, only to be moved to another line, because that teller "wasn't trained on passports", (Although there was no sign, or any indication that she wouldn't be able to do them), And then was asked to move to the next line, Only to wait again, And when we were finally able to talk to the teller, They told us that passports stopped at 11am, (got there at 11:30am, it was now 12pm, and they were closed), and the customer in front of us had just gotten 3 passports) even though there was no sign to indicate any of this, or to stop us from wasting our time, Frustrated, at this bizarre rule, I asked them, "Okay, but can I ask why they stop at 11am?" 'Because they do. We only do them between 8:30am - 11am." I thought about my options for a second, The teller goes, "So... (looks to the other one, the 3rd one, to my left)" and gives me a fac, one that implied that they didn't actually care. "Okay. But why 11?" (Looking for some sort of reason, like, 'They take an hour to process' or something, anything to justify them stopping an hour before they close). She then got super frustrated with me not taking her stupid, bullshit answer, And looked like she was going to call security on me, And I left feeling incredibly frustrated, angry and wronged. read more
