It's always USPS with "in transit arriving late" and then it doesn't update for the next two months. I've had a package sitting at a location less than an hour away from me for a week how could it possibly be in transit? If it's not here by next week I implore USPS to just keep it, I don't care anymore. Based off their reviews across most sites I don't think your employees will hesitate. If you'd like to receive your mail before 2030 use any of the other services.

The first time I called them they said that the number was wrong and that there was no package when I called them back and told them I talked to customer service in Walmart and that is the correct number and that they did deliver that package that day they said oh yes we see it now it was dropped off at your house. When I told him that my husband was outside when the mail came and there was no cabbage he called the the mailman and told him that I said there was no package in the mail box. They ended up delivering my package to the wrong house if I never called and never complained I would have been billed for a package and there would have been no package for my husband for Christmas. Please do not use Berwick Pennsylvania Post office they do not care.
