Fedex has been lying to me every day since January 6th, it is now the 22nd. Everyday they email me…read morethat my package is out for delivery, then every evening they email me that it is delayed. I've called customer service twice and they just tell me it is on the van for delivery that day, and assure me it will come but it doesn't. They are now up to 3 packages they load on the truck every day and then don't deliver to me. I can't talk to a person at the Grand Island hub and can't find their number. I have no idea how to actually get my packages.
