The ladies in the Dillon PO lack any kind of customer service etiquette. My daughter went in there 3 time to retrieve her mail that was in a "cluster" box. They told her is would be 10 days before they could get her a key and that she couldn't get the mail that was in the cluster. We had to resort to callin the post master who in the end is resolving for us but the ladies COULD have avoided 3 trips there and just had her fill out a hold mail card so she could get the mail in a day or 2. The ladies clearly are bullies as I have just talked to a number of other Dillon residents who have experienced the same sort of run around. Maybe they are trying justify their jobs with all the "busy" work. The USPS days are numbered and with this kind of service it is no wonder. Probably the same mean girls from the local HS are now at the Dillon PO...just do your job right the first time so customers don't have to call your boss to get your job done.
