I had a lot of water leaking and needed parts about 3 days before ordering and was told I would have them "next day" About 4 days later (still leaking) I called and was told that UPS sent them back, but would return them to Omaha very soon. That was a Thursday. I called and was told I could get them on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. If they would have told me I could have picked it up on Saturday that would have been great. I was at the depot first thing and as I entered I gave them the tracking #. the guy with the cart 'looked' over the items and declared it was not there. I scanned and located my parcel (not addressed to me) and took it. No ID. No questions. An hour later I fixed my leak, but no thanks to any courier service. I am only giving 2stars to keep from having a heavy one star profile. Shame on UPS.

I have wrote down some of the things she said my overall time being there. She said to me if I can even read and asked if I was sure, she also has lied about my name multiple times and was believe. UPS is the absolute worst place I've ever been in out of my years in the work force I've never been discriminated to on a job like such. I don't recommend going here as there are multiple people I kept tabs on with the discrimination and I will definitely be warning others to stay away from this place so they don't experience my horrible experience from day 1.

It's a good idea to ask questions about what you need before you plan to start the process. William gave me the forms I needed the day before so I filled them out at home. Some people do the process online, but I wasn't able to figure out where the forms were online. I already had my picture so I didn't need to do that. Add in some expertise at the process on the part of William, and the papers are in the mail.

And to be clear, I am rating the experience at the post office building at 2609 Victoria Avenue, not the delivery service to my home (which has also varied greatly over the years). Since my last several visits over the last year have all have all resulted in good to excellent service experience, I'm putting more weight on the recent trips than some of the horrible experiences I've had in the past. The difference is some of the obviously burnt out/stressed out clerks that worked at this location are gone, and new employees who are a lot more customer friendly are now working with customers. On my latest visit, I was amazed to see that there was absolutely nobody in line, which I have never experience before at any post office. The employee who served me was friendly and efficient. I appreciate that the USPS now accepts contactless payments and have worked out most of the bugs with their online tracking system. I do as much of my correspondence digitally as possible, but some things I still need to do at the USPS, so it's nice that service is improving.

If there was an option for Negative Stars, I'd be scoring there. I get my meds via USPS and just got mine 13 days after they had delivered it to another address. Don't know why those people didn't return it right away, but they shouldn't even had to bother! I'm ALWAYS getting other peoples mail and now other people are getting my meds. Mail carrier ruined a package and its contents and I am going through hell trying to get my $20…read moreclaim filled. This isn't worth it. I sent a Christmas cactus to my mom for ... Christmas. It was sent carefully packaged and NOTED that it was a LIVE PLANT on the package. My mom lives out in the country, so the mail carrier was evidently too lazy that day it was delivered... and didn't want to get out of their car to deliver the package in person... SO, they JAMMED and CRAMMED the box into the mailbox and smashed it all up!!! LIVE PLANT!!! AND, did I mention it was BELOW FREEZING??!!! They left it out to freeze! AND, did I mention, there were people home at the residence that could have received the package in person! So it would not have frozen or been smashed up?? I have submitted a claim, which was not easy to do. I have not received ANYTHING back. So, I called the PO. SUPPOSEDLY a check has been issued to me, but it has the wrong zip code on it! (I haven't seen it or any correspondence regarding that check...) She read it back to me, it was correct! BUT, they won't send me a NEW check unless I write them ANOTHER letter to have them cancel that check and re-issue a new check and re-send it to me.............. REALLY???!! You don't have $20 petty cash or SOMETHING to hand me to reimburse me for your incompetence? GIVE ME A BREAK!
