Though I haven't been here in ages, I can say that this is just like the typical post office you'd find anywhere in the USA BUT this one is located on a naval station in SW Spain. All services offered in your local post office are available here too, except for perhaps some of the guaranteed delivery services, since this is on the other side of the Atlantic. If you are visiting Rota, you won't be able to use this, being available for use of those active duty members on the base, and their families. Military retirees in the local area who are registered as such onbase can use this post office, and they also offer post boxes for those military retirees registered with the Spanish government to be a permanent resident of Spain, with a residency card issued by the Spanish government.
