First off the staff is friendly but not very experienced with electronics. We had all kinds of…read morecommunication issues with STS with Email follow ups. For example, we would have a meeting with them at our office but once they leave nothing was ever done like getting pricing or have them do follow up calls. We always had to contact them asking for updates. They also do not stand behind their products. I work for a company and I was brining STS on board to help us make thing easier. First we had a laptop screen cracked so instead of us replacing it we had STS replace it but it was replaced (After 3month of waiting) with a cheap low end resolution and it took us 3 month to get it replaced with the proper screen by STS. Second we ordered a desktop computer which works just fine but the hard drive is full and we cannot expand the hard drive space. You would thing that STS would order a computer for a company so you can expand the hard drive. We asked them for help to correct this issue but they ignore us. We also have a new monitor screen that flickers but again it's not their problem. I could keep going on with the list of issues but I won't waste your time. Bottom line: go to Best Buy
