My last few visits to various USPS locations have actually been good. This location needs to follow suit. First, the young lady & only employee working behind the counter was in full conversation on her mobile via her Airpods. As if none of us didn't notice & no, she was not having a monologue. Second, she waved me over to the counter as opposed to verbally acknowledging me...that's a no-no. Once she realized I wasn't budging, she gave me the dry "you can come up", I shook my head & approached the window. Third, she was still talking on her phone while trying to assist me. So I asked her shall I wait until she wraps up her call, she told the person to hold on for a second & assisted me. Unbelievable - I won't be back here & just make my way to my former go-to location off of Pharr Road.

    PrettyRules ..

There is never anyone here. The door is left open, but the lights are off. It is 2PM. There's people coming in looking just as confused as I was. People waiting for someone to return from "lunch" and they never do.

Never returned at 3pm!! I took this photo after 4!

Close this location down!!!!! This location is always closed from 2pm-4pm with the lights off!!! Manager MARILYN JACKSON was of no helped and talked to me through the glass saying it's lunch time!!! What USPS you know is constantly closed?! Investigate this location immediately! I paid for $100 P.O. Box that I can't even activate!!

Nothing is more frustrating than driving somewhere to get there before they close, arriving 30 minutes before closing time, only to find the facility already locked up. I could hear someone behind the wall and asked her if I could just drop off a prepaid package to go out and she said "UNLESS IT CAN FIT IN THE MAILBOX, NOPE!" This girl was so incredibly rude but I'll let karma handle that. I just feel bad that her mother had to raise her. Never using this post office again.

The lady that works here is literally the worst . She closes & opens this store whenever she feels like it . This post office has been closed for 4 days in a row . I have a package that needs to be picked up & I can't even access it because she hasn't opened this store for 4 days now . I come in the morning & then again in the afternoon & all times it's still closed . It's really ridiculous & usps doesn't do anything about it .

Their lunch is 1-2:15 and they close at 3:45pm. Very slow service and you're lucky if they are open due to staffing unfortunately.

That being said I was about to give this location a 3 star review until it was made up for by a really great post office worker.

I know what you might be thinking... what can you really say about a post office? At the end of the…read moreday, it seems like a pretty transactional place. But customer service always goes a long way. I recently stopped in to mail a package to a friend in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a shipping box that was the right size, so I was getting ready to use one that was much larger than I actually needed. As I was putting everything together, the employee behind the counter noticed and asked where I was shipping my package. When I told her it was going to Las Vegas, she immediately said, "Oh my goodness, that's going to be expensive. Let me see if I can find you a better-sized box." A few moments later, she came back with the perfect box for my items. She explained that if I had shipped my package in the oversized box, I would've paid significantly more--she even joked that it would've cost about the same as treating myself to a seafood dinner! That interaction really stuck with me because she didn't have to do any of that. She could have simply accepted the package and moved on, but instead she took an extra minute to save me money. It's little moments like that that make all the difference. I truly appreciated her kindness, her honesty, and the fact that she looked out for me when she didn't have to. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and she definitely earned it.

We were on our way to another post office, but saw this post office, decided to ship a few boxes, so came here. Parking is plentiful and the lot is easy to maneuver through. Customers park on the ground level and enter the front doors at a much raised level. The lobby is just off the entryway, with a lot of mail boxes to the left. Customers can walk straight ahead upon entry to get to mail slots where they can deposit their mail. To the right is the separate customer service area where customers got into a short line to wait their turn at either of the two windows where postal workers were handling customer transactions. The customer service area is stocked with various sizes of boxes and envelopes, various types of greeting cards, and gift cards, all for sale. While waiting in line, I noticed that one of the employees was slow, and the other one was not slow (not fast, just not slow). Thankfully, shipping is easy if the customer (like us) had QR codes ready on the mobile app for each shipment. This way, all the USPS employee has to do is scan the QR code, which allows a shipping label to be printed automatically that the employee applies to either the box or the envelope and puts it into the bin to be shipped. 4 star experience.

It is a delight to do business here. This location is especially convenient. A quick hop off of Piedmont, Peachtree, 85, Sydney Marcus, and among many retail amenities like Best Buy, Target, Home Depot, Michaels and Marshalls, you can get in and out super easy while quickly marking this (typically) dog of an errand off of your to do list.

That's absurd, but regardless I was there before then so I thought it was fine. I walked inside to see the gate closed at the counter and a long line of people waiting to use the QR kiosk. It wasn't their lunch break yet, so I'm confused why this was happening. A lady was helping a few select customers through the side door by the gate, so I know staff was present. I'm giving two stars because at least there was a kiosk. My suggestion to USPS is to get rid of the crazy long lunch hours. Or have employees stagger their breaks so someone is still available. My second suggestion is to add more kiosks to make the process more efficient. If you refuse to have people working, replace them with kiosks so people can actually mail their items during your promised business hours. EDIT: I took away a star because they never scanned any of the items I dropped off today.

IF they are already ready to mail (i.e. you printed your postage at home and are simply dropping in one of the boxes inside our out). If you need to stand in line, I hate to tell you, but the lines here seem to always be long, no matter what the time of day seems to be. The workers are friendly and they work as quickly as they can, but this place stays busy and the customers are needy and don't always know what it is they need or come properly prepared. But all-in-all, it's a good post office.

It's hidden in the back of the shopping center on the highest level. And boy, is it tiny. (It is, I swear). When I swung by to mail one package the line was nearly to the door. Lucky for me they have one of those teller free computer package thingies. The line for it was to the door. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU However, it was right by the door, so it made sense to wait. During my wait time I enjoyed people watching these OTP specimens. There were young models as well as older ones. Ones who yelled on their cell phones and ones that were scoffing at the line. It was great. Anyway, I managed to mail my package without a problem. People behind me trembled in their shoes of my accuracy of touch screen selection and knowledge of the system. It was grand. For what it's worth, this place is busy as hell, come in and use the automated system thingy, you'll save some time (and your sanity).
