After waiting all day for my package to be delivered I get a notice that the mail carrier claims he couldn't get to my residence. That is untrue. There was no reason to not deliver my package. I took the day off to be able to retrieve my package because I'm afraid of Porch Pirates taking off with it. I'm angry!! That is untrue. So now I have to wait for it again tomorrow I'm angry and I'm gonna make sure to contact the manager in charge of the Post Office at Southern Hills. You can't lie about mail delivery like that. I like this location versus the main PO. My reason starts with travel time. Closer to me than a trip all the way into town. Secondly, free parking! The area for self service is much larger and well lighted. Everything you need is right there in self service, except the package they are holding. Lines are....lines. They move fast, I think more folks work the counter at this location than downtown. Always clean, and safely illuminated 24/7. Open all the time. read more

The manager or supervisor of this establishment is rude, and should not work with customer relations, went to pick up my package early and he informed me it was not ready, I asked when it would be ready this afternoon his response was its on a pallet and it won't be ready today for you, so I said ok what time will it be ready for me to pick up tomorrow as I do not want it delivered..very rudely he leans up to the counter and He says unless you want to pay a surcharge fee to pick it up you won't get it till tomorrow when it comes in the mail. Let me tell you I have never in my life been treated the way this arrogant jerk treated me..I have the right to my mail..if I tell them I want my package picked up not routed by gosh I should get it that way. But nope. Beware..pay a little extra and us FedEx or ups...USPS has gone to pot. read more
