The woman who answered told me they got there at 12:30 today. I explained the situation to her and she did not even have the courtesy to apologize. She said she was going to check if the pants were ready and call me back. She never called back. I showed up the day after and they all had a horrible attitude and did not apologize for the situation. The customer service here is horrible and the owner is a rude older woman. I will never be coming here again. Overpriced and Terrible customer service.

I decided to buy the romper myself from SHEIN to make the comparison...and it's identical. The exact dress was going for $14 on SHEIN and it was sold to me for $95. I went to return my dress because the string up top was broken. They sell for quadruple the price and you can't do any returns as they don't give refunds. You only have 3 days to even ask for an exchange. I am still very upset. I feel scammed and they were very defensive when I went to do the return. I had no choice but to get the same dress in another color as they only offered store credit or the same dress. I didn't see the disclosure as my receipt was sent via text. No paper receipt offered. I asked if I can return when I first bought it and I was told yes.. thats on me for believing. As I tried on the other dress ( the one I would exchange the other dress for) the dress actually broke because the material is so cheap. One of the owners saw and said nothing. I wanted to cry because I was scammed and couldn't do anything about it. I liked nothing else from the store. They just gave me the same dress from the back as that one had broken. Upon arrival I tried on 8 gowns and I found one that I absolutely loved and bought, and it was in my price range. Ann Marie herself provided one on one attention. I never felt pressured to buy anything. She knows her stuff, and found me my gown in the right size and color. Ann Marie took my measurements and ordered me the gown. Ann Marie's sells a variety of sophisticated styles of clothing besides gowns. She also sells beautiful jewelry, to help finish an outfit. All alterations are done on the premises. This is definitely a one stop shopping boutique. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Fast forward to my visit, it was a wonderful experience. Let's start with the store; upon entering, you are immediately welcomed. Although the store isn't full of employees, I found everyone working here friendly and eager to help. Although it's an outlet store, the store is well organized by size and extremely tidy. All boxes are open and easy to view as you walk up and down the aisles. There are plenty of spots to sit and try on your shoes along with signs showing you the correct size conversion. One thing to keep in mind is Converse sneakers run big. The can run from a half size on average to an occasional full size. Converse also make female shoes, but all their shoes are unisex, so take a look at all of them. Trust me! Now for the best thing about this Converse store, everything is usually 40 to 50 percent off the lowest price. I have actually walked out with shoes for 15 dollars. Considering these shoes retail at about 60 dollars, that is a bargain! In summary, if you love Converse, don't hesitate visiting this store. This outlet is compact, plenty of parking and easy to find at the end of the Turnpike. I've visited twice in two weeks and no doubt, I'll be back.

When we walked in, the store was completely empty, yet the staff member at the front desk was not welcoming at all. She seemed uninterested, unmotivated, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no enthusiasm, and no effort to assist us. She never even got up from her chair to help. The only guidance we received was to "look through the books," followed by being told the tuxedo would cost around $450. There was no attempt to explain options, offer suggestions, answer questions, or help us find something suitable for such an important occasion. Customer service is a huge part of any business, especially when people are shopping for weddings and special events. We ended up leaving because we did not feel valued as customers. If this is the level of service provided before placing an order, it did not give us confidence in what the experience would be like if any issues came up later. My advice to anyone looking for wedding attire is to go somewhere that actually wants to help you, offers ideas, takes the time to understand what you're looking for, and makes you feel excited about your special day.
