I decided to put my trust in USMS only because I was so impressed with the sales rep., Monica, and the way she really sold herself on the first call. It was her confidence, story-telling, and knowledge of the products she was offering that really got me to give her and USMS a chance. It turned out to be the best marketing decision I have made in 12 years as an agent! They delivered what they promised, we're readily available to speak to me if I needed to ask a question and any bumps in the road during my campaign were handled promptly and to my satisfaction. My first live campaign I closed 62% of the transfers!!! I am now going into my 4th campaign and with the help from the professionals at USMS I am finishing this year out stronger than I ever thought could be possible!! I bought Leads from US Marketing Source and the experience has been good. I got a call to my insurance office selling their voice drop service and honestly at first I hung up lol Ofcoarse though as any good sales person would do, Nicki called back time and time again offering this service. I decided to bite. I bought the leads and it took a while to get everything in order as far as my leads, my recording, and a date that worked good for me as I was getting ready to go out of town. They held off the campaign for 2 weeks till I got back, and the first day I was back in the office, we got 5 calls, and closed 2 new clients that day. Next day, we had another 7 people call and set 3 appointments, closed 1 and the day after that, more good results. We are on the second week and we'll see how this week goes but I have a feeling its going to be the same, good results. read more

Please stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! US Marketing Source charged me $500 for a list that I didn't even want. The rep Tanya was supposed to contact me last Friday to verify that I wanted to go ahead with the list that she pulled for me. She only called me on Thursday but was unable to reach me, I had told her that I wouldn't be able to talk on Thursday because we are opening a new office and would be busy. I went ahead and left a voicemail when I was able to Thursday evening informing her not to run it because it just wasn't in my budget this month. On Friday she went ahead and charged my card for $500 without getting the go-ahead from me. And now, "there is nothing they can do" type mantra is all I'm hearing. So I will resort to "the only thing I can do" and share my story with everyone. read more

I have had a great experience here. I ordered a list of 300 names, I waited a while to write this review just to make sure everything went well. and sure enough, my team just paid off the list with the business we generated. The sales person I had(Kj), did a great job explaining everything to me, told me how long it would take to get the leads, how they would be delivered, who i needed to contact if i needed replacements. He was extremely informative.
