When I came to him two weeks ago for an idea on a sign for my sons birthday, he acted as if it was doable but completely discriminated against me implying that what I wanted would be "too expensive" and "cost a lot" as if I was incapable of affording it. I then had to purchase a book in which was needed for the sign I wanted. I met with him a second time which he proudly told me he hadn't read any of my emails that there were "other projects" that apparently were more important. Then he told me he would get back with me in the week with an estimate. Never did. I sent a third email asking for an update with again no response. I finally went in today to collect the book and he sent the receptionist to give it to me with no apology or any explanation for basically lying and wasting my time. Terrible business.

However, since moving to the North Ohio location, they can't hold a schedule to save their souls. It took repeated calls and several missed promises before we got our product, which was provided beyond the last minute to fulfill our needs. Quality remains excellent. It's the fulfillment that isn't any good. One friend also had a batch of shirts printed with the same results. We also commissioned Prairie Print to create a logo for our organization. After it was completed, we had a very difficult time getting the source art work, which we had paid for. Several months elapsed with several requests made to them to provide this. After a considerable amount of time had elapsed, we received a TIFF format graphics file which was not suitable for reuse, as it lacked the necessary separation layers that were in the original Photoshop file they didn't seem to be able to provide.
