Everything has always been absolutely amazing. My whole family has used lee reed engraving for misc awards, labels ect. for years. Jeniffer is so detailed oriented and she is as picky about our stuff as i as i am. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs this type of service done to look no ferther! A few days ago we took a small Christmas tree ornament in to Lee Reed Engraving. The ornament was for our newest grand daughter. There was only one previous review so we were a bit hesitant. Our experience was totally different. We were politely greeted and after telling the young lady what we needed she wrote up the order. After just a weeks time we picked up the ornament today. The job was beautifully done and at a very fair price. We would return to this business and recommend it to others. read more

How do these RUDE people stay in business?! I HAND-CARRIED my OWN blank nametag BLANK to have 5 letters engraved... did I mentioned it was my own tag?! They up-charged me $5 since I brought in my own tag!!! Why charge me more for making their job easier?! I reluctantly agreed to have them do it. Afterwards one of the owners came out and would not budge to satisfy me. I mentioned Midwest Marking would do it for $5 and she couldn't have cared less (BTW I checked with MWM later and yes they would have done it for $5). I was polite and professional, they were rude. I called back and spoke with co-owner Pete. He said "you are lucky I didn't wait on you, I would have charged you a rush charge". What the heck i wrong with these people?! How do they stay in business with such a poor level of customer service?!!? Pete also mentioned that there should have been a 2-week turnaround (for 5 letters and 5 minutes worth of work). I told him I definitely wouldn't be back and he said "I don't care". Can you believe it?! It's true! If you are a generally sour individual this place may be right for you.. but if you are a normal individual with a normal attitude then you WILL BE very disappointed. Avoid at all costs! read more
