    I was introduced to Mark McGarry and his wife Leslie through a realtor that he works with on a…read morereferral basis. Mark was very polite and welcoming on the phone, often ending his conversations with cheers, as he had an English accent. Mark had me reach out and speak with his wife Leslie McGarry, who apparently was or is the one who handles loans at their office, which begs the question: what does Mark do? After providing my entire financial history from the past 2 years online, I waited to hear back from either of them with some kind of progress report. Sadly, they never bothered to get back to me. When I got around to following up with Mark, he never got back to me. I then reached out to his wife Leslie and expressed my disappointment with the way they had treated me. Her response was "I am so incredibly sorry. I was out of the office on an emergency family matter. This is in no reflection of my level of service. I will follow thru with everything as we speak." That was on May 20, 2019. Today is June 10, 2019 and I have yet to hear back. So much for her "level of service". This has been a very bad experience for me and I cannot recommend using these folks anytime soon. As an aside, the realtor who recommended them also ghosted me for no apparent reason. I can only assume that I was not a big enough fish for them and instead of doing the right thing and letting me know they cannot help me, they simply ignored me instead. Let my experience be a warning to anyone considering working with Mr. & Mrs. McGarry.

    March 2020 Worst experience I've ever had with a mortgage…read morecompany( Leslie McGarry), Realtor ( Mark McGarry) I was introduce too Leslie Mc garry from someone who did not do business with her at the time she just told me she knew a Mortgage Company that deals with no money down programs. So I had the income as well as the credit score and applied Leslie called me back told me I was pre-approved. She than asked me did I have a realtor I told her no, she said her husband was a realtor she I was like great absolutely the WORST decision I ever made in my life. Both Leslie and her husband knew I was a single mother of three handsome boys, that I was taking care of my mother in California. They act like they cared but the reality is they did not. Due to Cov19 and the government shutting down I never closed on my dream home. As a Realtor Mark McGarry was suppose to protect his client. I gave my earnest deposit of and since he did not sign a contingency to extend my loan I lost my earnest money. Mark ensured that my earnest money was secure not only was he misleading but did not care about anything but the loan closing. Both him and Leslie knew I had to be out the house I was staying in, which me and my kids was leaving in a hotel they did not care at all. So with that being said CMG financial Mark the realtor is absolutely the worst, with no heart especially when it comes to business there only concern was the loan closing that never closed. They was suppose to protect there client and did not. God take care if his children He always win..I waited to hear back from either of them with some kind of progress report.     I was contacted by Vincent at Lione Capital while I was looking for a broker to help with the…read morepurchase of my new house. Vincent was highly engaged from the start and worked diligently to get the financing correct. My situation was complicated so it was immeasurably important having someone who was engaged and knowledgeable about the various loan options and processes.

    I was contacted by these brothers and at first they were very friendly and seemingly helpful. I…read moreprovided everything needed within one day and was told everything was moving along. The first red flag should have been when they ran credit without giving me a heads up. I was willing to let that go. Disclosures were sent to me twice which I signed. All of a sudden in the middle of the process without any notice there was a slight delay in their communication. I was then told that they were in the middle of changing companies and that's the reason why. When I asked about the changing of companies and why I wasn't notified of this I was told it wasn't going to impact me at all and in fact it was going to be a better process and refi. It was even going to save money. I was told a 3rd set of disclosures weee going to be sent, which never came. Day after day and week after week at this point I was told there would be an appraiser contacting me. Each time this did not come to fruition. Days and days went on and it seemed somewhat strange that the once communicative Charles was now MIA. Eventually I reached him and he told me he was also going to reach out the same day, what a coincidence. At that point he told me that the old and the new company were both now having separate issues. One was with the fha and the property and the other with DTI. I provided what I was told would be very helpful for the type of loan issue and that I would hear back by noon the next day. The first company also ran credit and apparently didn't calculate correctly. So that was another mistake....Guess what, not only did I not hear back the next day, but 4 days later I still had not heard back. I reached out to Vincent with no response. Charles later texted back saying he was sick and that he was sorry but they couldn't meet the required timeframe and that they were doing their best. I let him know this was not how to handle this type of situation thru text and he said he would probably feel better and would contact me the following day which again he did not. At this point I reached out to the supposed new company and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Something is fishy and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I tried multiple times to resolve with them directly and they stopped responding. Maybe Vincent is sick too. Never had an issue such as this in my life. Btw: Lione Capital website is mysteriously not working. Apparently they are between companies, so I was told, and they are now also working with West Capital Lending. Calls left with them were not returned. My property management company told be to beware of them after he talked to them and he was right! Do not work with or trust these brothers. Something is off for sure.

    Absolutely terrible experience. We started with the loan officer Michael Powell who got us a…read morepre-approved letter for a loan amount above the agreed sale price on a property we were closing on. He further delegated our loan file (co-signed with a family member) to other officers who further stacked up requirements on our loan file last minute..super annoying. This included asking for Verification of Employment (VOE)/Letter of Explanations(LOE) that should of been done before pre-approval quoted from those in the industry. We had good credit scores(both 700 and up), a down payment in the 5 figure amount, and both full-time jobs ready to show for the loan but we still got denied. The reason for denial was bullshit-it was stating it was over income and hours of one signer but that didnt make any sense since there was another signer to the loan. Further, why didnt he tell us this before pre-approval ? It was also annoying as he kept promoting his ARM product which we kept politely declining... We further granted them an extension addendum 2 weeks after the scheduled close of escrow. During that time, they had the nerve to tell us no even though we thought at that point it was just giving them time TO CLOSE ON THE LOAN. That LO was unprofessional to say the least. He misspelled our names and the intended sale address in multiple emails. I think management needs to seriously look into his employment there. Were currently working on getting the appraisal refund back from them due to lost time and money and WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN. UPDATE: We got our appraisal refund back. Thanks upper management! (might of had to take it out of an employee paycheck ;) ))

    I should have read their reviews before applying .... lesson learned…read more I contacted Greater Nevada Mortgage Services to secure a Home Equity Line of Credit. (HELOC) I completed the on-line application and my file was assigned to Liz Kranson, Mortgage Consultant. When Ms. Kranson contacted me I told her I was interested in a $30,000 line of credit. She explained the process and I submitted all of the requested documentation. I then signed all of the loan paperwork and was instructed to open a checking and savings account with the Greater Nevada Credit Union as that's how they would fund the HELOC. After completing all of the paperwork, signing all of the loan documents and opening the requested financial accounts, I learned that my loan was never submitted to underwriting for processing. Multiple e-mails with very little response and nothing but excuse after excuse for their mistakes. Go elsewhere!
