Don't judge a library by its cover. At the same time, some points down for the hassle in getting connected to the WiFi, as well as the searching required to find outlets. There are a wide range of seats available, from personal desks, to shared tables, to eclectic chairs that will fit your fancy. Definitely a library worth checking out!

We tried to go on base today and were denied access due to the scanners were not working. (Yes my VA ID is registered with this base). After driving over an hour it is very disappointing. Went in and within 40 minutes (10mins after appointment time) was called to a cubicle. They seem to have plenty of employees. The one helping me was friendly and nice. The key is to check in probably and then drive here but I was about 25 mins away so I did not do that. Total time from check in was a little under an hour.

First, the women's bathroom had no door and no light at the sink, which is both a privacy and safety concern. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted me (who, by the way, was very kind and helpful), she said, "I wonder if they know." That left me wondering, how could this not already be known and addressed by the people working there? I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM and arrived 30 minutes early, as advised in the app, to complete paperwork. Despite this, I wasn't seen until 2:00 PM. By the time I left, the waiting area was completely full, and there were 25-30 additional people standing because there were no seats available. It was overcrowded and chaotic. It's hard to understand how the process of issuing driver's licenses and other services--something that's been done for decades--still feels so inefficient. The staff are doing the best they can, but clearly, there are systemic issues that need attention: facilities in disrepair, long wait times despite appointments, and overcrowded conditions. I truly hope someone in a leadership position reads this and takes action. The people who come here--and the employees working in these conditions--deserve better.
