The vehicle registration line is amply staffed to keep the line moving smoothly. There are also signs posted giving individuals the opportunity to email a digital copy of their insurance verification to speed up the process before you even get to a staff member. You have the ability to write checks, pay in cash or by credit/debit card for a fee. The employees have always been professional, personable and polite when I have renewed my registration each year. It took me approximately 6 minutes to complete my transaction!

So with that he said I cut them off tho I didn't. I even wanted to explain my side and he didn't want to hear one bit of it and wasn't interested in what the permit said we must do which is Issued by the state of Kentucky. I was nervous about the staff, because the weather was kind of crappy and I know I'd be annoyed if it was almost time for me to go home for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised, and I definitely underestimated! I had a ton of letters to drop off, as well as some going internationally. The lady that helped me was super helpful and friendly, even for a Friday afternoon in terrible weather. I got everything I needed and I was in and out very efficiently. The line was moving quickly, which is another testament to the effectiveness of the staff. I even got to restock up on my stamps, they had some cute flower ones!
