Unlike other health and nutrition accounts I have followed/things I have tried, Gail truly gets into the science and "why" behind nutrition and health. She has helped me think about how food makes me feel and how my hormones and inner balance are affected by my choices. Mostly, my goals have expanded beyond weight loss into a more lifelong focus on wellbeing. The work is not only focused on nutrition, however. Gail gets into the bigger picture of longevity, mindfulness, and happiness through support in my exercise and mental health. She has taught me about meditation which I already see as a pivotal tool for my wellbeing. When I feel I am at a plateau, Gail gives advice to keep going. Finally, Gail is a wonderful person who makes me WANT to make better choices for myself. She is encouraging and joyful and does a good job of giving "tough love" when needed. She is so knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to work with Gail for a great investment in themselves.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the science of nutrition and how it affects our bodies. As I answered her questions, she almost immediately was able to pinpoint my eating patterns and what was missing from my diet, including what food groups, timing of meals, calories in vs. calories out, etc. When I would answer her questions, Jennifer would explain a pattern or reasoning for something, and I always found my head nodding because she hit the nail on the head. I could go on and on, but I will just say that if you are looking for help with your diet or way of eating, contact Jennifer and you will be glad you did!

Jennifer Hnat called me back in no time and worked with me to determine insurance coverage, as well as, prepared me for my upcoming appointment to ensure it was beneficial. I booked my first appointment May 2nd & this has been the best thing I could've done for myself to get ahead of my inability to control my eating. She educated me on foods to consider and really made me become more mindful about what I put in my body and when in order to obtain the lifestyle change I really wanted. She worked with my appointments to accommodate both myself and toddler since I'm a work from home Mom & that really means a lot to me. Here it is 1 & 1/2 month later and I'm happy to say I'm no longer binge eating. I have a better relationship with food without becoming a slave to a diet sort of lifestyle. I have more confidence in the choices I make and when it's best for me to eat. I still enjoy foods I did before just in moderation.     I have struggled with my weight my entire life. There are very few diet plans I have not tried to…read morelose weight. After years of yo yo dieting, I had given up on myself and weight ballooned up to close to 350 pounds. When I called Sheryl, my eating was completely out of control. I needed someone to help me to gain control of my eating habits and my weight. Sheryl's approach was much different than the other plans I had tried before. During our first session she spent two hours asking me what I ate daily and designed a plan around the foods I liked to eat. Yes, you still need to eat nutritional foods to lose weight, but thankfully you aren't restricted to carrots and lettuce. :). There are no prepacked foods, or shots necessary to start to lose weight on Sheryl's plan. After a short time on the plan, I stopped craving the foods that sends my eating out of control. I also found it easy to get back on the plan on few occasions when I strayed. So far with Sheryl's help I have lost 60lbs, and I am confident with what I have learned, I can remain in control during my weight loss journey. It is also great to know that Sheryl is there to give you accountability, and help guide you when you hit a plateau. Sheryl really cares out her client. As my weight has come down, Sheryl has become a friend and has given me advice on how to better handle other parts of my life. My only regret about working with Sheryl, was that I did not meet her years ago.

    I've been training with Adam for about 6 weeks and it's been great. The gym is nice, all the…read moretrainers have a great energy (even with the clients they aren't working with), and Adam has been great at setting the right intensity to keep making progress without pushing so hard that I feel like I might get injured and lose progress (which was important to me as I was getting back into training). After 4 weeks I lost 15 pounds and feel great. I'd definitely recommend any of the trainers at the gym to anyone looking to really improve their health and fitness. Update: I've now lost 23 lbs total in the two months I've been working with Adam. I'm extremely impressed by his commitment to helping me hit my goals and the willingness of the entire team to provide thoughtful advice on issues that come up (e.g. nutrition and training questions) as I make progress. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Final Update: I ended up losing about 30 lbs in my first 3 months at the gym (I'm still training there). It's been a great experience and I'd recommend it as the best place to go if you are very serious about getting in better shape (specifically to improve body composition).

They never pack the place so you always have your equipment ready to go for you. they can even train you and a friend at the same time if you have similar goals which is unique!     Meg Richichi literally healed me in just a few sessions.....and I must say when I made my first…read moreappointment I wasn't necessarily a believer....Prior to our first session I had seen several doctors mostly from "Yale", one of which wanted to perform exploratory surgery concerning issues with thyroid and "gut" not to mention that I also had some unresolved issues relating to head trauma from two prior accidents....So it would be an understatement that my body was being held hostage by pain which also created a domino effect of "stress" in day to day living. Meeting Meg was a joy. She will hone right in on your concerns, be them spoken or unspoken. She addresses not only the physical but envelopes one with her spiritual intuitive abilities. Meg is honest and direct, and cuts to the chase when it comes to her nutritional support. Under her care, I'm losing weight and keeping it off, feeling better, and my chronic symptoms have largely subsided. I always feel at home when it's time for an appointment, and I feel quite well taken care of and listened to when I bring health issues and concerns to Meg.
