I suppose they were just keen to show off their work and why shouldn't they be. You can mould your diet around the Sheridan, toasted Crusty Bap for Breakfast, Sausage roll for lunch and Mince pie for dinner. Oh and if you want to get one of your 5 a day, I recommend an apple turnover. This will all cost you under £5 so you do not really have a reason not to do it.

A proper, old-school sausage roll with delicious buttery flaky pastry and a lovely filling. Didn't even need tomato sauce, that's how good it was. We came back on the Monday before we left Arran to get some potato scones as we'd been having them every day as part of our hotel breakfast. They were absolutely delicious!
