I called Home Depot since they promised the best customer services. I have made 15 phone calls to seek resolution and each time I get told that it will be escalated to a manager. As of 3/21/22 no one has called me back. So does that mean that the warranty I signed up for is a lie??!! YES IT IS A LIE!!! Don't get fooled in to their promise of great customer services. I am so disappointed because I had two other quotes and similar in price but they did not offer great customer service.

Came in for 3 bidets on 4/28 at approximately 2:20. Supposedly 17 were in stock. 2 boys were…read moresupposed to find them and bring them to me. I have a bad back. I had to wonder if they left for the shift or took off to lunch.... A wasted 50 minutes in total to find out they were actually out of stock. The particular manager went off to attend a meeting and as she realized we were still there, she attempted to assist. At around 25-30 of unnecessarily waiting, I asked the young, heavy set, powder blue crock wearing, eye rolling, face in her phone texting, co-worker chatting girl to find out where they were. She rolls her eyes up at me as she calls. Acting as if I had a lot of audacity by asking her to ask her to do her job. Every bit of our exchange was met with the attitude of a rebellious emo teenager. Although the manager's failed attempt at finding my product was a bust, she was kind. The only good quality she had as far as being a manager. She quipped, "I'll be right back" before I could ask her why we should wait if they are out of stock and she was gone (apparently to validate the item out of stock). Not having a care at all that the wait was outlandishly long as it were. Poor, ineffective management skills on her end. She tries to befriend her teenage employees and that's why they are lazy and take the job for granted. When I mentioned the attitude of the girl to the manager, she had nothing to say. Finally left there at 3:45. To sum it up, I will tell every lazy person I know to apply at this location because you aren't expected to do much other than take up space and waste time.
