A while back, I needed a new strap for my TAG Heuer. I went to Urmaker Bjerke. They didn't have the strap in stock, but said they'd order it and call me as soon as they had received it. When I hadn't heard anything from them for a couple of months, I stopped by again to inquire. They didn't bother apologizing, but said they'd sort it out and call me back immediately, at latest, within a couple of days. When they hadn't got back to me after more than a week, I tried kindly to write to them. Again, no response.
At last, I instead went to David Andersen, which is at least as upscale as Bjerke, but with a much more pleasant and professional attitude. They ordered the strap and fixed my watch within less than a week. read more
