Got the Job Done. Smooth From Airport to Beach!…read more I don't have any complaints for Fort Myers Beach Limo and Airport Shuttle! Used the service both ways on my trip to Fort Myers Beach. Car was clean, scent free, and tons of room in the back to stretch your legs after a long flight! I was actually very shocked how much space their was in the back seat. Car kept at a nice temperature as well. $49 from Airport to Fort Myers Beach (Cash of 5% fee on Credit Card so just plan to have your cash ready). We did this instead of paying the $300+ for a rental car. Plus we didn't even need a rental car! Affordable cabs, walkable restaurants/shops, and cheap trolley made a car unnecessary. But that's a story for another time. Back to the cab! Michael made it very easy to make the reservation and make changes. You can also use the form on their website to hash out the details of your trip. They do require a reservation. This is not a taxi you're going to grab as you walk out with your bag. The reservation process is what made me chose Fort Myers Beach Limo over other companies. I like to know I've got my ride all figured out. The pick up process was very smooth, went just as the directions indicated. I received a phone call a few short minutes after landing, thus I then had the driver's phone number. As soon as we had our bags, we gave the driver a call and 2 minutes later we saw him rolling up. A+ easy pick up service. We did have an issue on the way back to the airport. We had changed our reservation (and had been confirmed), but we never got our 15 minute courtesy call. Then our pick up time arrive and we still heard nothing. I got a hold of the driver and he apologized extensively saying he had lost track of time. We sped over to us and thankfully we had planned some extra time. I don't think this is a common occurrence, as the driver was very apologetic and kind of shocked that he had forgotten to pick us up. Our ride back to the airport was comped 100%. I don't think that was necessary, but it was very generous and makes me confident to use Fort Myers Beach Limo the next time I'm in the area. Use this limo/airport shuttle service. You won't regret it! Tip: Accepts cash or credit card with a 5% fee on the card as I mentioned above. Plan ahead and have your cash ready to avoid having to pay this 5% fee and no problems!

Ok, I'm just going to throw this out there. This is indeed a legitimate business. I don't know who…read moreGiovanni is or whether or not he's actually a royal or if there even is a Giovanni. I don't know why there's no longer a working website. All I know is that this company was able to pick me up in Naples at oh dark thirty and get me to RSW for a decent price whereas other services either didn't get back to me promptly or they were booked. Prince Giovanni (I mean the company -- not an actual prince) was quick to reply back. After I got the call from a European woman and got on their schedule, she and I hammered out specifics via text. Could I pay with credit card? Yes. Could I pay fare and gratuity in advance? Yes. Was she okay if I texted her my credit card info? Yes. It couldn't have been easier. Eric showed up five minutes early in a black Lincoln town car. He had texted when he was on his way, and he texted again when he was in the driveway. He was friendly and efficient. We normally fly Delta which no longer has a direct flight into the Naples airport, but if you're debating whether to fork out extra money for a Naples arrival versus a less expensive Fort Myers arrival, I'd opt for the Fort Myers ticket and have Prince Giovanni pick you up and drive you from door to door. The cost would be roughly the same as a Naples ticket without ground transportation. Sure, you'd land farther from a Naples destination, but you'd have the comfort and convenience of a driver to get you where you need to go. I'm strongly considering using Prince Giovanni in the future to get in-laws to and from the airport as opposed to them driving, which as people get older, becomes more of a daunting task. This is especially the case, knowing I can handle the whole transaction via voice or text. Safe, sensible, and convenient.
