The…read morelady kept having to answer the phone and have a full blown conversation with a friend/family member and customers who would call and kept walking out of the room to greet other customers walking in during my 1 hr massage (again this has happened the last 3 times we've been there). So after me getting a little frustrated at this point....I sighed and shook my head than She kept telling me "I give you more time, sorry". Needless to say, she didn't give me more time and when the customer called she hurried up and was fast & rough on the remainder 30min massage. So for the $140 1 hr couples massage, I was shorted time and not very happy. They need to get an answering service or a receptionist so it doesn't interfere with customers time that they paid for. Even though the studio is small, the waiting area gives it a spa-like feel and prepares you for relaxation. The massages are done in individual rooms that are decorated like a typical massage studio. The music selection is nice, and I love the various oils and scents used for my massage. I appreciate the climate isn't too cold, which has happened to me more times than not when visiting other studios. I always feel comfortable and safe at Beyond Massage. The prices are what makes Beyond Massage such a great place. No need to search for massage deals though discount sites and risk having a bad experience. The regular price for a one hour massage is $45! That is $15 cheaper than the average one hour massage. My therapist of choice is Micah. I highly recommend her. Her many years of experience teaching and giving massages makes her the perfect therapist for me. I love her.
