There's just something about pork in Mexico- it's exponentially juicier and more flavorful. Yes, every bite was basically fat... but the best kind of fat. One bao is the perfect appetizer portion. The squid was pretty good too, though I learned that I'm not a fan of bonito flakes. They looked cool, as they were flaky and moving on top of the squid, but the flavor was a bit too fishy for me. Our waiters didn't speak much English, but we got by just fine with some pointing and smiles.
