If you are buying…read morefurniture that someone one day, will say " My Grandfather owned this and it still looks like the day it was delivered" this is who you buy your "forever" Household items. We had wanted an end table that would match the other pieces of furniture they had made for us when we bought our Condo 12 years ago!! This end table was designed, built, stained (perfectly), and delivered yesterday afternoon. They added some custom work, we needed to help with hiding some unsightly wires and cord, things we will have on the tables top. We ordered this and paId for this over the phone, as they have our confidence now that what ever they build it will be beautiful. As I said Homerun, hit by their staff and their delivery personnel. Once again as always they performed and exceeded our expectation. Price? To have something Hand Made, wIth quality materials, yet pricing was still comparable to many of the Furniture Stores in Central Ohio. Delivery: from Plain City to Grove City, brought into our home and set up couldn't have been more fair if I hired a Uber. Thanks to you Rod and your team at Geitgey's Amish Country Furniture. We don't buy furniture every year, but when we do there is only one place for our family. The Wolfe Family

Deadbeats. They never respond to emails. Rarely answer the phone. I finally got ahold of a lady who…read moreasked to email her the details of the item for a quote. So I sent it.. again. No response. I call 2 weeks later, she has no idea what's going on, we're back at square one. Then she blames the wait time on the amish builders restrictions on electronics use. Mind you all the prices are online and it's her job to simply simply get a quote. Still never heard back. I tried QW right after we hung up, immediately got a quote and the order in. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Due to my mother living now with me in another state, It was very necessary to rely on an auction…read morecompany for furniture, kitchen items, etc. After signing the agreement for them to sell items, communication became very difficult. We had an issue on the items from the main auction. It did get resolved but it was not easy. I thought good it's done. I thought that would be the end of any more auctions. Since I was not made aware of any future auctions. I received an alert of an upcoming auction. This happened to be a second auction that combined some of my mother's items along with 2 other people's stuff. Once I all of my mother's jewelry online, I was shocked. I had informed them before , that the jewelry needed to be put aside. I had made arrangements with a friend to bring them to me. Therefore, I had to sign up on the online auction and buy all of her jewelry back and make arrangements for a friend of mine to pick up the jewelry and ship them to me. I believe now that I should have returned back to Ohio and oversee all what was done. Overall a very stressful experience.

I bidded on several items. Infact like 20 or 30. I was expecting to win around 10 or so. When I…read morefound out I only won 1 item. They wanted me to drive 45 minutes to pickup a 4$ item. I told them no. They told me to pay or be banned. I offer to pay shipping they said no. This auction site is NOT on the side of the bidder. I am not paying for an item I don't receive. Intact the more I think about it, the more it sounds like extortion. There is no reason they can't offer shipping. I am not driving 45 min away to get 1 item and at that spend gas and time on it.

If I could give no stars, I would!! I dropped my car off to have fixed a leather seam in my…read moredrivers seat that was coming apart. The following day i was called to come pick the car up because the repairs were finished. Two hours later when I arrived to pick the car up it was still in the work area and they had the hood up and saying the battery was dead (what does a battery have to do with fixing a car seat)?? They fiddled with the battery and I was finally able to start the car and immediately noticed the airbag warning light was on. I told the manager about the light and said it was not on when I brought the car in and now it's on...what the hell did you do? She said, "oh, the light only needs to be reset! The airbags are fine." Three weeks later the seam came apart and I had to take it back for it to be fixed correctly. After several months I decided to get the airbag light reset so I took it to the Mercedes Dealer in Flag and they discovered that wiring harness under the driver's seat had been broken to the point where it had to be replaced at a cost of $1275!! I immediately notified the upholstery shop and the owner, Joe Ray refused to pay for the damages. I sued him in small claims court and during the court proceedings he lied and said the red light was on before they worked on the car and he also lied and said he'd contacted the Mercedes Dealership and asked about the light, which they didn't. Regardless, I won the case in court and he has to pay me monthly payments to pay off the judgement against him. This guy is a lying con man that will screw you if he gets the slightest chance. AVOID THIS CLOWN AT ALL COSTS!!!!
