The questions you were asked will have been the same ones everyone are asked and it's only a few questions about your dog and your dogs vet for the groomers information database along with your contact details. This is standard procedure for all groomers you silly person. It turns out that you wanted discount and was refused. We tried out the new groomers called Urban hounds because our usual groomer was starting to make far too many mistakes lately. Our first impression when we entered the salon was one of very pleasant, friendly atmosphere with a lovely welcome greeting from Debi the groomer. We have two dogs and Debi did a brilliant job and both of our dogs could not get enough of Debi making a fuss with them. They were pampered, groomed and given lots of loving care by what we can only say is our NEW regular groomers. Thankyou Debi and will see you again soon. read more

Debbie is a real great friend of mine. She recently took my show Shih Tzu whilst I was away on holiday and kept him in tip-top condition for me. She is passionate about her work and is a real dog-lover, too! Some groomers are all too eager to sheer a long-coated dog to the bone, but not our Deb`s - she would much rather turn out a fabulously-groomed pooch! iv just had my first experience at urban hounds dog grooming and I can happily say it is the best place for my dog to go to they treated my dog with so much care and was it was a pleasure to go there. Will happily go to urban hounds again, I am so pleased with how they have done my dog best groom my dog has ever had. I happily recommend urban hounds to any dog owner!! read more

This is a wonderful groomers, where you will be certain that your Dog will be cared for and come back looking and wonderful. My dog hates being brushed and is a real wriggler, I'm always amazed at how wonderful he always looks when I pick him up. I would highly recommend. read more
