I have to change my review of ReGenesis based upon their horrible, horrible, horrible Administrator…read morenamed KARI. Let me repeat her name: KARI. KARI. KARI. She is nothing short of a witch with a CAPITAL B. I am astounded at her lack of compassion, lack of integrity and lack of any resemblance to a human being much less a kind one. I give her negative 100 stars. I am a 68 year old Elder Citizen to whom she has been rude, disrespectful and basically evil over my questioning a $19 charge for a record that I had asked for (for the criminal court system) for months. The policy of charging was implemented THREE DAYS BEFORE MY FINAL CALL. I asked her four times if she could please make a one time exception for the page and a half (ONE page front and back!) and she said absolutely not. NO EXCEPTIONS. One page (two sided!) of notes!!! She literally would not send something I need for the Judge in Criminal Court. ALL THIS AFTER BEING ATTACKED BY THREE PIT BULL DOGS ((the reason I was referred to the practice)) that was simply something to prevent the District Attorney from ignoring my submission of a $980 invoice for Scar Tissue Massage (recommended by Dr. Pritcher when he saw me with stitches in - a whopping 83 of them - over five large and painful wounds - including muscle being ripped off my shin bone. It is five months later and I am still in pain, have what could be permanent nerve damage - and the District Attorney office in Rifle and Glenwood Springs are clearly acting as though they represent the dog owner (he had 7 other dogs - the remaining of the litter of 9 that the mother dog and two daughter dogs who could have been part of a 10 dog attack - which probably would have ended my life. KARI has negated every ounce of goodwill I had for the practice - although I will always be grateful for Raini who wasn't even my doctor's nurse but gave me wonderful care and is a wonderful human being: KARI did not allow Vandy to send something that would verify to the Judge that the massage was recommended in January when the pain could be tolerated - and this woman to refuse to send a generic letter from the clinic repeating that recommendation for clarity with the Judge is the ugliest manifestation of just how unkind and uncaring someone in the billing portion of an office can be. SHE CHARGED ME $19 for a two page record of my visit when the policy changed 3 days prior to a FOURTH REQUEST (there was no charge in place for records the first THREE TIMES I ASKED FOR A TWO PAGE DOCUMENT. SHE CHARGES $19 for 1 page - (up to 20) - and even though I was still on their old system and not the new combined with the ENT upstairs above their office which brought on the ridiculously expense charges for the Doctor notes , she had repeatedly refused to print or even email one page (zero printer ink necessary!) or allow me to pick up what could have a been a double sided ONE PAGE DOCUMENT. KARI is the worst example of human nature - and now I see why there are so many poor reviews for this business. When you care more about grabbing $19 for one page of paper (and aren't we ALL ENTITLED TO OUR RECORDS?!?!?!) than the person who was viciously and brutally attacked by three dogs, you are in a world of hurt. Talk about the worst customer service EVER. AS soon as I get KARI'S last name I will update this review --- but she hung up the phone on me today when she returned the call request I left for the actual Care Coordinator (Vandy) and then blocked my cell phone number from their system I was flabbergasted: Mean, cruel and vindictive.
