The trainer assured that since he is leaving he will initiate the suspension so there would be no fee and the Director of Instruction would be assigned to me to continue services. Months go by and I reach out. The Director (Josh) informed me that the suspension ended after 60 days (this was never mentioned to me and mind you - no one reached out as promised) and that I had "abandoned" 18 lessons. I shared my communications with Brian to Josh who then said we could "work something out" but then all communications drop off again. I reach out a few more times, at some point asking for the arbitration agreement (they refused to provide paperwork that has contract terms) and have since ghosted me.

The first 6 months we diagnosed and worked on fixing swing issues I'd had for decades - and which still creep up occasionally. And from then on, we've worked on making my "new" swing a little better. When I started my index was around 15. I'm now in the 7 range. Lots of improvement and much more fun on the course. He's easy to work with and provides great insights that I can work on in practice sessions. Far better than just hitting balls blindly with no real plan. Of course improvement will only happen if you put in the time, but the practice will be much more impactful if you are actually working on something constructive. I very much recommend Shane as a golf coach/instructor.

I walked on as a solo and it worked out really good, the person behind me was an entire hole behind and the person ahead of me was an entire hole ahead so I did not feel rushed one bit. The course is in pretty good shape, greens aren't bad but some people def need to learn how to fix their ball marks. When my round was over I also spent some time practicing at the chipping and putting greens that were available. Overall, this is a really fun course to get a quick 10 in (gotta love that extra hole) and it's good for beginners and experienced golfers.

In addition to being very knowledgeable and approachable with questions he's also again just a really nice guy and has a very pleasant personality! During my lesson he gave me pointers which drastically reduced my chunking ( hitting the ground before you hit the ball ) and skulling habit (hitting the top of the ball leading to a low trajectory) . I have never gotten the ball to fly in the air so high and straight consistently. The next day I went to the Alondra golf course to incorporate what I learned and doubled my distance with my nine iron .Needless to say I will be signing up for an eight pack very soon. Highly recommend! Worth every single penny!

But, that isn't his most important attribute. He makes the game fun. He keeps it super simple, super rememberable and super efficient, so that you enjoy every fabulous moment out on the course! In short, Sam is the BEST GOLF PRO in the UNIVERSE! Kandra

However, my driver is an ongoing frustration. Even practicing, playing and trying You Tube videos nothing was fixing my push slice. I said WTH and decided to try Sam (local) for a lesson. Took my lesson with Sam on Tuesday and played round with friend on Thursday. Was nervous because I didn't have time to practice at range before and was going to try his advice on course....OMG, off first tee, hit solid contact straight on fairway. Not every shot and hole was perfect that day - bad habits are hard to change but I was making just better contact and had more confidence. Also gained extra club length from Sam showing me how to compress ball Looking forward to hitting the range and next round. Will be taking follow up lessons too

The perfect place to celebrate a birthday! We came here to…read morecelebrate my husband's birthday, and honestly, Topgolf made it such a memorable day for all of us! We rented two bays, which allowed up to 16 people, and that was perfect because we had exactly 16 guests including my husband, my daughter, and me. My husband wanted to invite more people but they are pretty strict and will ask you to leave if it is over the amount of people agreed on. The people we did invite are the ones closest to our hearts and our people. The others that are part of our lives and dear to our hearts, that is our CONSTANT ;) we celebrated the following weekend at a brewery. Lol Everyone had such a great time! The reservation was for two hours, but they were kind enough to give us an additional 30 minutes at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. It gave everyone a little more time to enjoy themselves without feeling rushed. And let's talk about the food... there was SO much food! Everything was delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers to pack up not just for us, but for our guests to take home too. That was definitely a pleasant surprise! The kids had an absolute blast, and it was just such a fun experience having our family and friends together. My husband's parents also brought a birthday cake, and we were able to share some with members of the Topgolf team, which made the celebration even more special. I want to give a special thank-you to Melissa Simpson, who I had been in contact with earlier in the month to help coordinate my husband's birthday celebration. I had a few special requests, one of which was having our bays on the highest floor--the third floor--with the nicest view. Melissa made sure that request was accommodated, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to make our celebration extra special. We had the best designated bay host, I believe her name was Alexis! She was so sweet and very attentive, as well as welcoming myself and all of our guests. Also to the Topgolf team for the thoughtful name cards they prepared for my husband. It was such a meaningful touch, and it made him feel extra celebrated. Thank you, so so so much for helping us celebrate my husband's birthday and creating such a fun, memorable experience for our family and friends. We truly had a wonderful time! And, we will be back soon!
