I waited more than 4 hours because they did not have enough workers. In the end, I had to help myself. The seller was not respectful and did not have good customer service. When one carpet had a problem and I asked for an exchange, they asked me to pay an extra $200. This was not what they promised. I did not see honesty or respect in this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Please be careful before buying from here.

It took me almost an hour to look through the different options for medium size rugs and it was tough to decide on which one to get. He has rugs from Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, all handwoven. The manager at the time did offer me a partial refund so I didn't ask for a 2nd fix. In hindsight I should have. Recently, I re-engaged Jordans because I need to redo my flooring. Engaging with the current store manager I was told in person that we would be "taken care of" and "hooked up" because of the 2017 experience. What followed was a 10¢/sqft price reduction (about $55 total). When I raised this marginal discount, the alternative offered was removing recommended services of leveling and voiding warranty. This process wasted significant time and did not rebuild confidence with Jordan's. We chose another contractor.
