I sleep better after yoga. A lot of my back/shoulder pain is gone. The instructor is very knowledgeable and patient and really takes the time to make sure you are doing it correctly and getting the most out of it. It is a very relaxing environment. This is the best thing I could have done for my health. I am so happy I found River Light Yoga and I will be student for as long as I live in Brown County.

You will twerk. You will sweat. You will catch yourself feeling like a 20-something. This class is a confidence booster! The moves take a few classes to get the hang of, but stick with it! After a while you can really groove and not worry about remember the choreo.
