This has been extremely frustrating and lacks feeling supported as a paying patient. My visit with Dr Lundberg went very well and I felt heard during the appointment. However when I later reviewed his notes, they did not accurately reflect what was discussed in the exam room. This was a big concern for me. I truly hope this message reaches Dr Lundberg and not just the front desk staff as I believe he should be aware of how these issues would be affecting his practice and patient experience. Hopefully this soon will be resolved and I will not longer be a patient.

I now see Dr. Nicholas Varakin. I'm diabetic and suffer from ingrown toe nails, and absolutely NEVER go to a nail place(not trying to lose a toe).Dr. Varakin is a really nice and concerned doctor for your foot health. He reminds me of Dr. Pike with his "bed side manor". I've seen several of the other podiatrists at the Easley location, the ones I've seen are only ok to me. Unless it's an ingrown toenail issue, I'll wait and see Dr. Varakin. The 5 stars are for my experience with Dr. Varakin.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Coleman and his staff. They got me in for my first…read moreappointment right away, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind. Dr. Coleman really listened, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He removed my toenail and did an excellent job. Even the numbing injection which I was dreading was so much easier and far less painful than the one I had years ago. His nurse was wonderful, and the front desk staff were just as sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Coleman. He treats you like a person, not a number, and I wish more doctors practiced with this level of care and compassion.
