Update: Sign on the door says this location is closed permanently. CVS up the road excepts UPS packages.

My package was delivered to the wrong address yesterday. The picture was so dark that the customer service personnel couldn't see anything. My porch light was on and I have a big sign under it with the house number on it. The customer service personnel said the local office would call today to figure out where UPS really left my package. They keep saying that they can't deliver my packages because the business is closed. The address is a residential address and we don't have a business. The drivers need to learn how to use a GPS. read more
