We have had the dated, busted up cabinets in the kitchen for 26 years. They were gross and several drawers were broken. Robert gave me a competitive quote and was very responsive and thorough. From start to finish, their service was outstanding, the price fair...and my house looks great! Robert Sherman, the owner, and Lalo, the lead painter, met with me for a thorough walkthrough to discuss the project. Their attention to detail really stood out as they carefully explained what needed to be done. The estimate they provided was clear and detailed, with no surprise add-ons along the way. Robert and Lalo kept in touch daily, updating me on the progress and making sure I was always in the loop. Their professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. Since Project Pro offers more than just painting services, they'll definitely be my first call for future projects!

All and all I can't recommend them enough.

I also saw some of the lower ratings for Prime House Painting were associated with customers who felt their projects were not considered or turned down. As someone who has worked with contractors many times, I took it as a positive, as Prime House will only take projects they know they can deliver on.

For context I should say that I was taught by a professional painter father while in his crew. The painting crew was all one can want - professional, neat, pleasant, communicated well, asked questions as needed - easy to be around. They matched the paint color for me (I am color blind) and even covered my neighbors' cars. Wow! I acquired 3 quotes prior to selecting Next Door; they were not only the low bid, but the most comprehensive bid as well. It was clear to me that Erik knows what he is doing and "there is just no substitute for knowing what you are doing". He was responsive, arrived when he said he would and mentioned things I would have overlooked. The entire crew performed beyond my expectations. Very happy with my new house and Next Door Painting. I recommend them unreservedly.

Took me a while to post this review. I found them on Yelp hoping the reviews are legit. Some of…read morethem probably are. And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

After shopping around for estimates (quotes) we finally landed on New Generation Painters and met Julio - the Owner! He comes with fifteen plus years of experience and got his start out in Florida! Julio was responsive, professional, and offered very fair and competitive pricing compared to other painters around houston! Julio and his team did quality work when painting the interior of our home! We had the entire place painted, except for the primary bathroom! Julio was there to guide us through the process from start to finish and even educating us on the types of paints to use to help us make an informative decision based on our budget and goal! We ended up going with Sherwin Williams Greek Villa satin finish and flat color for the ceilings! PSA: make sure to verify and confirm that the painters do two coats of paint! Some paint companies will only do 1x coat of paint ! My one star deduction was that post-completion, there were paint splatters left on all the doorknobs of the house that we had to go back and clean up ourselves! But beautiful work and great pricing! I'd highly recommend Julio and his team for your next paint job!
