I contacted Anthony on September 28 and arranged to get the chairs picked up on October 1. Within hours, he called back and expressed concerns with the amount of fabric provided, but told me that he will review again and call back with any concerns. After not hearing from him on over 18 days, I called him to get a status on the chairs. To my surprised, he had not started the work and claimed he would start in a week. During this conversation, Anthony argued with me about the length of time he has had the chairs, and declined continuing the job. It must be nice to be in a position to decline jobs and argue with clients. Definitely a learning experience and pay more for better service.
