Eric was very professional and knowledgeable, but what impressed me the most was that I felt as if a family friend was over to guide me on the best course of action. Eric was very personable and wanted to make sure I understood what was taking place and that things were safe for my family. He also went the extra mile to check out some other common issues with things like the furnace and had some recommendations on what to look out for. Fair warning I can be long winded at times! We had a small…read more"flood" that stemmed from a frozen pipe (winter temperature down below 10 degrees F) from wall out to our washer. The water flowed under our washer down to the street (under our garage door). Plus through the wall on the other side/down the indoor flight of steps/down to the full daylight basement. Needless to say we needed: carpet/pad/drywall removed & area totally dried so No mold/mildew could grow. Once we new homeowners found out who/which kind of company to call, they were "Johnny on the spot" with their acknowledgment/scheduling/professional compassion! They came out the night of the day we called. They inspected/cleaned/dried areas affected by our small flood. Were very respectful of our family/pets while they worked.
