Not only was the job site left in an atrocious state, but I had to deal with these senseless individuals for a month trying to get the issues resolved. Mud was encrusted all over our driveway, they left staples sticking out all over the wood, the wood was split in places, the nails weren't on straight, cement was all over our yard AND they banged up my AC unit. It appears as if Superior Fence sent a 5 year old out to complete this assignment. To be fair, they offered us $50 off but would not come out and fix the issues if we took the discount!!!! Regardless this does not compensate for your inability to perform your profession. For the amount of money we spent on this fence, I am exceedingly dissatisfied, not only in their efforts on the job, but in the total deficiency of customer care.
