I discovered that even with walk ins you need to book online and then they can see if the schedule will let them move you up. During the 15 mins I needed to complete all the online forms, two other walk in parties entered and I assumed they had to follow the same process, I was lucky enough to be seen 15 mins after I completed all the necessary online forms. The visit itself went smoothly. The caring medical assistant and doctor performed an exam, called in my prescriptions and I was on my way. (Sinus and lung infections.) Overall, it was a positive experience and I don't see why I wouldn't return if in need of medical help again.

Based on his excellent reviews, I saw Dr. Uddin. He had me get an X-ray and found that I had bone spurs. He prescribed physical therapy. I worked with Ari Goldstein, the physical therapist in Dr. Uddin's office. After several visits, the shoulder problem essentially cleared up. I would put my recovery at 99 percent; I occasionally feel an ache. I have since seen Ari for sciatic pain and balance therapy. He is excellent. The people in this office are warm and helpful. If you are in pain, Dr. Uddin might well be able to help you. I would certainly see him before opting for surgery.

After two prior reschedules, he was on the table with IV in his arm when the Dr Braun decided he needed a release from Mike's cardiologist. Subsequently, the IV was pulled and he was told to come back with a current echo and release from the cardiologist. All that being said, they only perform the procedure once every two weeks which prolongs his continual severe pain and agony. I need to mention that he had a trial run with the implant procedure 2 weeks prior (per the requirement of the device manufacturer) with no mention of a release form his cardiologist. All went well and the device was very effective in monitoring his pain; he was extremely excited to get the final implant and to be pain free. The staff do not return phone calls and when a patient calls the phone message says to send text. When a text is sent there is no response. Not a good way to do patient care!

Today was my first and final experience with Dr. Carl Ferguson. I have found him to be pom-pas, and…read moreill mannered. Insofar as being almost hostile when asked to address the issues the appointment had been scheduled for. If you are over weight, or have a real medical problem, Dr. Ferguson is not the physician to visit. He concentrated on giving information on what is considered a grain versus protein, and told us to do research on a website for diet information, while not addressing a previously diagnosed hypertension issue at hand. I wish we hadn't moved so I wouldn't have had to waste the time, and money to give me what resulted in a 4th grade education on the evils of corn, and it's effects on mid-west cattle. I understand the evils of excess weight, as most humans with a few pounds to lose do, but if he would have addressed any of the complaints that lead to the appointment in the first place, this review would have been different.
