Owner Tony came to my house to replace a power steering pump, once installed, he had my father…read moreinlaw start the car up and power steering fluid sprayed everywhere, he never installed the O-ring that came with the new pump. New power steering pump didn't work now. Tony (owner) started pointing out other possibilities, he did find a leaking hose, quoted me a price, I then confirmed price a day before he was scheduled to replace that hose and now the confirmed price went up. I then hired another mechanic to replace hose that I ordered, that mechanic pointed out that I had a bolt to my new power steering pump vibrating loose, Tony actually snap the bolt housing and if that bolt would've vibrated out, it would've locked up the pulley. Then my check engine light came on, took my car to a garage and they found 2 bad sensors, 1 was broken, I asked how that could've happened bc it was under the power steering pump. So whoever replaced the power steering pump broke the sensor which cost me $600 with parts, diagnostics, and labor. His 1st go around after damaging the power steering pump cost me a couple of hundred dollars on top of his labor bill for breaking my parts. This guy Tony did nothing about it, not even an apology. Next time I will not have a "mechanic" with mailbox lettering touch my vehicle.

My husband proceeded to call them to get an invoice and they didn't return the call. He waited about a week and called again and this time talked to someone and then they disconnected him. Now, it looks like we're out $300 because we can't get an invoice to get reimbursed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and call a different company.
