Unfortunately the water marks have only became darker. I have tried to power wash them with no luck.. Blue scape stated all the pavers he installs have marks like that. Now two of the pavers have rust coming up to the surface. He stated he would replace the two rusty ones only. It has been a month and he has not replaced them and refuses to respond to my messages.
