False I have 3 dogs one being a husky Any one Knocks on that door They neighbors would know it. 3. Claimed that a Missed call tag was left on the door... False no tag there 4. They called the Driver he was to far away to come back (ie to close to quitting time) 5. Demanded a Manager Call me back TONIGHT they were to busy. This is not how you run a business with Employees that Lie about their appointments. I am reaching out to Sunshine Health if I don't get a call first thing in the morning. If no Call then I will File a Complaint with the Insurance company I am sure that if the insurance company receives to many complaints they may loose their accreditation with the insurance company. Ask your health carrier if they can work with jcr or call jcr and ask them for help. Jose C Rodriguez is jcr and he will actually get on the phone and solve the problem Yain the rt is also fabulous. A rt will help you with machines and masks,not a delivery guy who knows less than you do. Again, nobody called to let us know Family in town are now made to sleep in the room next to this bed where our loved one died for the second night in a row. We called LIFE and within a very short period of time, a new wheelchair was delivered and the comfort was immediately displayed by my father. During the delivery, a LIFE technician noticed some other items that my dad had that could be upgraded, the LIFE customer service team notified the previous DME company and the new medical equipment and hospital bed items were delivered and installed within 48 hours.
